An Iceberg in Kavala

An Iceberg in Kavala is a performative report based on a curious, unique event. On an early morning of June 2018, two Italian oceanographers warned the population of Kavala, a small fishermen city in north–eastern Greece, about an imminent danger: a hugepiece of an iceberg – dragged by a boat of the White Source Project team who meant to bring it to Port Said, Egypt, to give drinkable water to the locals – had broken off during the crossing, heading dangerously to the quiet gulf of the city.
